​Returns

 

All items are non-refundable.

On the off chance that your item is damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us via email (info@cureoco.com). You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of your damaged goods, including the packaging that your item was delivered in.

Products

​

Each item is unique and pre-loved, which means items may have age related marks from wear and tear over the years. Any items that have large imperfection, will be clearly stated in the product information.

Homewares Shipping

 

We try to reuse as much packaging as possible, so you may receive your order in a box or package that has branding from other shops. This is our way to help the planet - every little helps. Please allow 2-3 working days for all order dispatches and 3-5 working days for deliveries.

Furniture Shipping 

​

We ship to mainland UK only. Once an order is placed, we will be in contact with you to arrange a delivery or collection. We will provide you with a quote for the delivery, which will be an additional cost added on top of the item price displayed on our website. 

​

All orders must be collected within 5 working days, unless agreed otherwise. Orders collected after 5 working days will be charged an additional £15 per day until the item has been collected.

Furniture After Care

​

Cureo Co. hands over all rights to each piece of furniture once it has been collected from our facilities. Any damage to the furniture after collection is the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

Cureo Co. advises our customers to treat our furniture with extreme care. We advise that all items being placed on top of the furniture are fitted with felt pads (or similar), to protect the surface from scratches. We suggest that if drinks are to be placed on top of the furniture, protection is used such as coasters or trays.

Do not use any strong chemicals to clean the furniture, as this may react with the paint and result in damaging the finish. We therefore suggest that a non abrasive cloth is used, which can be slightly damp if needed. The cloth should be wrung out to expel any excess water and we advise that the furniture is dried immediately to insure that there is no water left sitting on the item.

We fit all our furniture with felt pads to protect floor finishes, these may need replacing after a certain amount of time. Furniture felt pads can be purchased online.

Damages and Repairs

The buyer takes responsibility of their purchases once the item has been collected from our facilities. For furniture repairs, please contact us so we can give you a quote - info@cureoco.com

Cureo Co. does not take responsibility for any repairs undertaken by the buyer or a third party.
