THE PROCESS
1. Enquire
Get in touch with us to request our help with transforming your tired furniture.

Let us know what you need or what you'd like our help with, and we can discuss your goals. The more detail you can provide us with the better - including photos and design aspirations - to help us fully understand your project.

2. Quotation
Once we have all the information about your project and a rough idea of what the design direction is, we will provide you with an estimate which outlines the cost of the project.
Your quote will include collection and delivery (if necessary), materials and labour.
This will be an estimate and the final balance may be slightly less or more, depending on our inspection of your project and the cost of materials.

3. Deposit
Once the quotation has been agreed, we will then issue a deposit invoice.
This deposit will cover all of the materials needed for your project, as well has half the labour cost.
We can offer the option at this stage to split the remaining balance into three instalments to help finance your project.

4. Item Collection
Once the deposit has been paid, we will arrange for your item to be collected from you. However you have the option of arranging your own collection if you would prefer.
For sourcing projects, you are responsible for covering the cost of all collections, however we can arrange them for you. The cost of this will be outlined as an estimate in your quotation and included in your final balance invoice.

5. Design Decisions
Once we have your project in our workshop we will do a thorough inspection to make sure everything is in order, and that we have quoted correctly.
We may at this point make you aware of any major works that were not included in the initial quotation, to make sure you are happy to continue.
We will then discuss the design direction and finalise the design details.
Once these decisions are finalised we will then order in all the materials we need to carry out our work.

6. Into the Workshop
When all the materials have been delivered, we will then prepare your project for work.
This will include sanding, filling and fixing damages, applying additional details such as mouldings, priming the surface, and then painting the piece of furniture with your chosen colour.
We may or may not need to change the original hardware, depending on the condition.
If hardware needs to be changed, we will have allowed for this in the original quotation.

7. Balance Payment
Once the piece of furniture is complete, we will get in touch with you to arrange the delivery. You do have the option of arranging this yourself.
We will issue you the final invoice for payment which is due prior to the piece of furniture being delivered.
